    President Donald Trump is going where he's not supposed to once again, criticizing the Fed and his hand-picked chairman, Jerome Powell. In this case, he's got a point: The Trump Fed has sped up its rate-hiking plans to offset the Trump tax cuts, even though policymakers expect economic growth to slow. The bond market, via the flattening Treasury yield curve, is worried too. Trump told CNBC last month that he wasn't happy about the succession of Fed rate hikes. Its the FED's job to keep inflation from getting out of hand. Better to move forward in baby steps at the risk of having to move in giant steps later. This is ECON 101 which Powell will spell out again for the latecomers.

If the Economy grows to fast that will be destructive! Trump is a long term thinker and as the leader of America"maybe" he wants whats best for America. Think about it....SLOW and STEADY GROWTH is SAFE and will keep USD A SAFE HAVEN my thoughts welcome to positive criticism. thank you

The economy is not growing too fast. wage inflation is STAGNANT. The economy has to heat up more to get that "trickle down economics" going. People who think the economy is growing too fast are buying into the mans lies. Until we see American wages going up, our economy is NOT recovered.

In fact, at the last NFP, wages went down. So we're having inflation on everything you buy, but wages are going down.

Let that sink in. The Dollar needs to correct a lot based on our trash wage growth in America.

If you look at all news here on FF it seems every man for himself...

Fed using economic growth as reason for doing what they perceive is right and Trump definitely using whatever he can to address his interests(https://www.vox.com/policy-and-politics/2018/6/20/17483068/trump-2018-midterm-elections-approval-rating)
maybe not positive in all instances but everybody agrees growth is good, the pace of it is perceived different.
