It's not a slogan! It's a principle, for God's sake!!!

multilateralism and yes it is a true principle but has never existed.

Well, not even democracy has ever truly and completely existed, fully developed, ...but that's also a principle.
The history is nothing but autocratic rulers and slaves and conflicts... that doesn't mean we have to stop hoping and fighting for "light"
