Confused.. Whats news/controversy about? Are such contributions illegal in UK?
Hasnt AaronBanks Robert Mercer et al contributions of significant funds and resources (via Cambridge Analytica - Canadian subsidiary) all well documented? Can anyone well informed on this throw some light on what the controvercy is about. Not clear from article?

He has just wasted $550,000 ! He should be summoned to a parliamentary inquiry and held accountable for interfering in a democratic process.

I assume the controversy is that it if fine to fund either side during a campaign it is something else to fund the attempted thwarting and reversal of a democratic decision after the campaign has finished.

Very few billionaires are willing to spend their money to help society and Soros is one of them. He is trying to keep Europe together and I have nothing but the utmost respect for the guy.
I don't understand most of you especially when you say that he broke the Bank of England.
Bank of England is a private institution enslaving England and the English people. To know that one guy comes out of nowhere and beat those bastards at their own game is something to appreciate.
However, the Bank of England was not broke nor will it ever be. They have the power to create something out of nothing. In a spiritual sense, only God has that power.
