Brett Favre sued for $16M over failed social media startup
Brett Favre is being sued for $16 million for allegedly duping investors into buying in to a failed social media startup, according to documents obtained by The Blast. The Hall of Fame quarterback, along with unnamed business partners, is said to have convinced Callais Capital Management into investing into social network Sqor, which is described in the docs as a system to connect fans with their favorite athletes. Posts published to the pro’s additional social media accounts would be filtered onto their designated Sqor page. Callais Capital claims Sqor “materially misrepresented” the network’s outreach, ...
