according to IG retail data over 65% of retail traders are long, even more went long after the crash. "Dumb money" is staying long. I personally think this has a long way to go south and when it happens a lot of bulls will get burned

Cable Technical Outlook:

Bulls will be looking to get paid at 1.3800 in November after completion of the short term inside descending probe to 1.3175 at which point Cable will ascend to its longer-term value target as within the above bullets.

GBPUSD is due a rally of about two weeks maybe three. But my analysis say this move will not exceed the high at 1.3260 area due to the perfect time count of this move up which is 50 weekly bars from the low 2.10 2016. We are also too late in the year for a rally. The next move down in the GBPUSD could well last through mo.st of next year
