Highly likely to raise rate but the certainity is not there yet. even from cme, it is not 100% right?
They are waiting to see if the recent economic slump is temporary or not aka is its due to Trump or not. If it is due to what the Republicans are doing they will not raise the rate it would be suicide as it means the US is heading in a recession.

If it recovers they will raise.

I think the best thing to do is to always stay away when there is news
Is actually very simple, sell strong resistance and by strong support. If you not capable to see it in the chart, kust google it. There is many sites that name those levels.
All forex news were invented by "Smart Money" so they could make profit... !!! Focus on price action... Stick to your plan and don't get fooled by the news and you'll be alright...
