it's hawkish for me...
However, Mario.D doesn't want an expensive EURO according import / export ..( export is better for their policy )
So, they have to increase Interest Rate (sooner than later ) without affecting EUR (currency)

Where the hell do you hear dovishness? He decreased stimulus by 20 billions, is optimistic and don't forget that market agreement on march fed rate hike is at 100 % now, so it is already incalculated in usd price. Eur is going up to 1.0625 at least and possibly complete inverted H&S pattern (we'll se about that).

with super strong ADP report and rate hike all but confirmed by the FED still supports the USD, the EURO will most likely retrace from 1.650.

despite reducing QE, they haven't completely abandoned it and the interest rate still remains at 0%. With strong ADP report and FED having all but confirmed March rate hike only suggests the Euro will retrace back. it could go up to previous high of 1.640 but wont break that resistance line

he is playing with us rise and fall of a currency , goodbye for those who entered trades with random stop losses upper or down side . , but since there is no rate hikes soon , and didn't remove the possibility of rate suppression much more , it's a dovish until the opposite occurs .

No worries. This is part of Mario Draghi's old-school strategy. If you were here in the past couple of years you already see that ... What they do and what they say can be different but for same aim. This is what we call "Language" : D

For me Euro price for next two month will be more dependent on political development in Europe. There is no big change in monetary policy that can effect it right now. Today's up and down are only short time change.

When playing central bank rate decisions news, you have to know if markets have already calculated rate hike/cut in price of the currency prior announcement or not. These market polls are public so anyone can see them. It's still tricky, nothing is for sure in financial markets, but without that vital information, you are betting your money on plain luck.

If you've missed entry around 1.0550 I'd wait to see if price can brake above 1.0620 - 1.0640 area (neckline of inverted H&S pattern) and enter upon the retest. Risk Reward ratio in not good at 1.0580 as you could see sharp reversal at mentioned area (if we even reach it). Just my 2 cents.

It's simple it's dovish for EUR... They not going to change interest rates anytime soon... an increase would strengthen the EUR and since they won't do anything anytime soon it's dovish for EUR... He said that they still need to see a bigger inflation grow so until he says they've seen it and that they increasing the rates it won't give the EUR necessary boost up...
