good, a new name usually does wonders....its a dumb name, but that's a separate issue entirely...

Guess the FXCM brand just has too much bad press attached to it with all their shady dealings. Now they can attract new customers under a completely different name. You can't polish a turd....

Here is quote from the FXCM User Guide 2004
Stops/Limits:
This command will allow the trader to select the exchange rate at which the stop or limit should be triggered.
The rate automatically defaults to 5 pips away from the current relevant market rate for both stop and limit orders. However, the trader can click on the box to the right of the “Rate” option and enter a specific rate for
their stop/limit order.

I remember saving this just because of the 5 pips rate for stop and limit. Back then the example showed EURUSD having a spread of 4 PIPS.
You can say even the User Guide directed you to having stop outs.

Of course I went to REFCO for my trading.... another lesson learned.
