I would think, Gang members, drug dealers & others criminals need to caught, tried and locked-up, not removed and deported with no punishment

Exactly, that's what the focus should be on, and IS on. Donald promised this during the campaign, and now he's beginning to follow through. The only people who have a problem are the ones who hated Trump from the start.... and those people will hate him no matter what he does, no matter how good. They have a really severe case of Trump Derangement Syndrome.

As for deciding who to lock up and/or deport, I have a suggestion. Of course we wanna get rid of the bad ones, the violent criminal types. But I'll be the first to admit that there are also a lot of GOOD "illegals" out there, who've been trying to live right since they got here, and would continue to do so IF they were made "legal". Okay then, I propose that we round up all the scumbags in this country who are citizens, were born as citizens right here... but who have made life for the rest of us difficult. Of course I'm talking about the gang-banger types who would be just as happy to bash you over the head as to say HI to you. I say we round up all them, take away THEIR American citizenship, ship them off to wherever, and transfer their citizenships to the good and decent "illegals" currently in this country.

(And yes, I realize this is impossible... but I can dream )

Brexit.... Trump election.... most likely other Brexit-type events to follow. You'd think some of the "leaders" would start to get a clue, eh?

(I should also point out that I've been a lifelong Democrat, and yet I supported Brexit and very much support Trump. And there are countless others like me.... and THAT should really be scaring the powers-that-be. No more walking in lock-step...)

Illegal immigrants cost the USA taxpayers at least $113bn per year. I am sure that the US tax payers could imagine better uses that money
