yes real-estate agents lie cheat to sell property nothing as change over the years most get caught with high prices before the fall , shares the same 90% of people by on the high and get caught , greed is the problem

The most dangerous thing to do is going into real estate with one leg (for capital gain), instead of the two legs (for cash flow and capital gain). It is liken to flying a plane without a parachute or sailing without a life jacket! Only when the tide goes out do you discover who's been swimming in birthday suit!

yep mate what i was looking at is 1 hr a small fall before another rise sorry if i miss led , its great for some one to look at bigger time frames well done
