    No BOJ announcement as yet, but USD/JPY just got smashed, down under 101.30 as I update. And, by the time I update with a chart its back above 101.50! Liquidity heading into the announcement is going to be poor as we wait ... more to come

Why must December? Because Bloomberg and media or those rumors tell you the message? Just look at those premiums on currency futures. It is 50% more than usual. One of very good signs strong USD coming. Look at last 10 days sell off on Gold.

Yes, we can never forecast accurately but at least probability rather than listening to those media. 1 month data won't close the door. And the most important are those data moderate but enough to hit the bar. Just like someone trading, they are not going to look on one candle.

What turn on my attention that after all Central banks policy even Fed later on margin for all currencies still the same Exp : EUR/USD low 110.50/ 113.50 GBP/USD 128.50/ 134.50 JPY/USD 0.9950/1.0400 cause INDEX US must to play till end of year between 93/97 .Good Luck

Historically speaking, the Fed is very unlikely to raise rates before an election. They have only raised rates one time before an election over 3 decades in 2004

I have not verified your statement so will just assume its true.
1 rate hike in 30 years during election.

30 / 4 = 7.5
7.5 (7 real) opportunities to hike rates in these circumstances
Thats 1/7 chance.
Or 14%+ chance of hiking rates based on history.
