    Interest among Chinese buyers in buying UK property has surged since Britain voted to leave the European Union last month, as the pound's slide has created opportunities to buy at a discount, real estate website juwai.com said on Monday. The number of Chinese enquiries about the British residential and commercial property market has been 30-40 percent higher than average in each week from June 20 to July 11, the website, which targets Chinese property investors looking abroad, said in an emailed statement. Hi momochi, on the contrary, I see a opportunity if I didn't have money like them. How? Good. Sell building materials then since there's a buying boom. Also if you can manage to get land in an up and coming location, you can buy, hold and resell for huge profits.

The UK Gov need to keep a careful eye on this, the reason Brexit won was to keep Johnny Foreigner out, if May isn't listening and does nothing to stop this mass immigration she'll be out on her ear in under a year ... the number of correctly malcontent people in the UK now out numbers the happy debtstors ... never a good sign !!

If she gets kicked “out on her ear in under a year” there are plenty of other good candidates to take over. Maybe Nigel Farage will come out of retirement. Or better still Nick Griffin of the BNP! Maybe we could get Trumps buddy David Dukes of Hazard Duke, from the KKK.
