This is all going to depend on who are going to the poll to vote. If the majority of the people who will be voting are immigrants, non-Britons, the result is going to be pro-staying. If it's native-born Britons who are the people who's voting, the result will be pro-leaving.

If migrants are voting will that not be an illegal vote, because I am sure the Westminster Government laws relate to UK residents only

referendum is meaningless if voting process is rigged...

there should be a more transparent voting process.... like voters congregating at one place....for example, pro-exit voters go to specific venues to cast their votes while remain voters go to another venues...

then have third independent party to count the votes and report to fourth central agency...

EU REFERENDUM: THE HONEST TRUTH FOR VOTERS

David Cameron and his chums all argue that keeping the door open to a market of over 500 million people is good for business, however it is us the general public who will have to put up with fewer homes and jobs to go around and numerous extra budget cuts that are now eroding and will eventually cripple our public services.

Voting to leave the EU today means we at least will have some chance of controlling net migration into the UK. If successful, the same criteria for allowing people to come and work in the UK can also be used for allowing non EU migrants coming here as well.

Indeed it is the issue of the government’s failure to control non EU migration into the UK that provides tangible proof that the government puts business income above the interests of its UK citizens.

I do not blame migrants with the same skill sets as us (this is not just labourers carrying out menial tasks, it includes doctors, dentists and skilled workers and professional from all walks of life) who live in poorer countries coming here to earn more than double their usual take home pay, I would do it myself if I was one of them. But I cannot forgive the government for allowing this to happen.

I believe that the wealth of our country should be shared among people who have lived here a long time and earned it.

All I can say to people who wish to remain is that I respect their wishes however, please take on board that we all face years of austerity and severely diminished public services as a result of their choice. I believe that the government its experts and all the 9/10 economists have duped the British public into believing that the EU is god for them. It all boils down to voting to remain if one wants to support BIG BUSINESS and Voting to leave if one wishes to support the people. Our country cannot economically sustain adding one million EU migrants every four years. Something has to give and that something is fewer homes; jobs and severely damaged public services.

Depends on how the referendum law states whether it's strictly citizens or residents who are allowed to vote.

Ok so they opened the votes to all the citizens of the British commonwealth countries then on top of all the british citizens which is a little far-fetched they are allowed to vote as many of the commonwealth countries are located well outside of Britain so whether Britain stays in EU or not has really very little concern to them.

Britain can do a bit of both. It can still choose to stay in EU but exercise more control over who comes into the country. I mean after all Britain is still an independent country; it's ridiculous that just because it decides to join in an union that it has to give up its complete sovereignty over its border.

One thing this Breexit Referendum outlines for sure is that EU needs reform and needs it badly. The current model of EU is NOT working. The concern that Britain has is NOT unique and Britain is certainly NOT the first or the only country that's contemplated leaving the EU.

If you constantly have members contemplating leaving an organization, how stable is that organization?
