"The devastating news that British MP Jo Cox has died following the shooting incident earlier today (allegedly by a man screaming "Britain First") has sparked a bullsih buying binge in stocks as Sterling rallies on hopes that the Brexit vote will be delayed. This evening's major speech at Mansion House by Bank of England Governor Carney has been cancelled due to her death..."
Horrible. Brokers and disgusting.

David Cameron ‏@David_Cameron
It's right that all campaigning has been stopped after the terrible attack on Jo Cox. I won't go ahead with tonight's rally in Gibraltar.

Anyone who trades on the basis of rumors, it will lose. Word is no postponement

Ever since this referendum began, things seem strange our PM ask's for small changes or says we leave, even those changes are only words ( I have agreements but not on paper ) which hardly fulfill what was asked for. Then from the beginning the remain camp have in my opinion used overkill as a reason to remain, using the most prominent economist to theorise the consequences economically of leaving the EU, having world leaders pleading with us to stay in, suggesting that world war 111 is a valid possibility.
After all this the polls start to imply that leaving is a real probability, then a innocent MP, young, ex charity worker mother of 2 gets gunned down.
Although you may perceive me as such I am not a conspiracy theorist, however I do worry about too much coincidence.
For who or why ?
The financial sector is the only area that may fit!!
Purely a personal view.

Absolutely!

This was just a lone nutter - nothing to do with Brexit. He would have found some other reason to kill anyway. We don't have mental institutions anymore; we just drug them up and let them loose. And rely on them to take their medication. Nutters like this should have been locked up in the first place.

Screwed either way, but at least "out" ther is some chance of doing better. "In" is just more of the same old same old and the inevitable downward slide to oblivion...

Deeply Sad about Jo Cox.

And Yes - I'm a cynic and wouldn't be at all surprised at malice afoot from big money interests. Few things like this are ever what they seem...

And killing people for a fanatical religious belief is not mental illness? Only a big difference to people brainwashed to think that way like yourself.

My point of course being that religion is far more diabolical & sinister because there are countless followers who think it is perfectly rational to behave that way!
