  • Introductory statement by Mario Draghi, President of the ECB

    From europa.eu

Mr Chairman, Honourable Members of the Economic and Monetary Affairs Committee, Ladies and gentlemen, During the summer break, our Union faced exceptional challenges. First, there was the long and complicated discussion on the new adjustment programme for Greece. And now, in an area very much outside the ECB’s competence, there is the challenge of harbouring a large number of refugees that had to leave their homes behind. Both these events – although very different in nature – have shown again that Europe can only be strong if it acts in unity on the basis of solidarity and cooperation. This is a lesson we ... ECB make no progress, has to extend QE and follow SNB and cut rates to negative range soon, otherwise will be late for any awaited recovery

As bearish as it sounds and actually is the case...Euro is quite resilient/holding up against the USD with news.

It (imo) is set up for a 75-90 pips drop in the coming 12 hours timeframe to 1.1060/75 area.

Reasoning?...no need...just look at the chart, decide and act.

Bund bounced down off a very strong resistance level. Wait for it to try again.

LOLS..... EuroUsd has already gone up 60 pips in 30 minutes and will cross 1.1300 by tomorrow, Draghi has given a positive outlook on Europe. In last speech HE was Bearish and Euro dropped 100 pips in seconds and today he is reasonably Hawkish thats the reason Euro is and will go up.

Who cares ??
Everybody who cuts systematicly his own piece out of the cake isn t really intrested in all this unnecessarily stuff.
In the end it only counts if you make more green than red pips for trading ..
