Maybe there is simple explanation. Either SL's get hit. Either fake orders pull out on the last minute. Or both.

They are just using China factor as an excuse. Verizon falls more than 10% but it does not have a presence in China. So Did verizon fall because of China?

I think a bear cycle is about to start in equity markets around the world. So don't buy any stocks until the dust settle.

Killing the global economy, America saves its economy. The world economy is in the ass, but the American is dawning. Local conflicts in various regions, mutual economic sanctions between the EU and Russia. Everything is done in order to hide the key condition and get out of the shit. How long have people reminisced about the US debt? What happened to him? He vanished?)) While the world's eyes obscure this lie, the US government is doing its dirty work.

There has been a strong run-up since 2009, a correction at least is due.

However China has been fanning the flames, I think they are due for a massive crash and I can't see how everyone does not get caught by the shrapnel, at least a little.

I would say China and Chinese have different trading style compare to the West. They are more logical and intuitive. Somehow, they have the sense of some crisis is coming. And they will try to avoid it.

When China market is booming, it seems nothing can stop it. When it's crashing, seems the same way that nothing can stop it.

I don't think they have good financial analysis. Not because they are not educated, but because they think they don't need it.

They also think they don't need to know what economy situation in other part of the world. And they don't need to know any reason for any crash. They see the number, and it tells them the situation.

When the sale goes up, it means economy is good. When it's down, economy is on the decline.

And they are very patient. They can wait till the decline goes away, then they make their move. Once they enter the market, it's just up up and up. When they pull out, it's just down, down and down.

The market can be crashing, but I think China economy holds.

Ok. I heard or read last few weeks that Chinese govt. was pumping money into brokerages to encourage or support margined stock holding. I understood that as encouraging leveraged investment. It made me shiver.

So no argument, and I hope you are right. No denying there is a different approach.

Actually the average investor in China is very inexperienced and as such lacks any perspective. The actual shanghai market opened less than 25 years ago.

So the average investor is a newbie with no real understanding of the market and no depth of experience dealing with the extremes of mood caused by market swings. In other words you have several hundred million sheep which makes for very sharp movements in both directions.

And for those of you who like astrology, it just happens this is the Year of the Sheep.

It's called #BlackMonday for a reason. For all u know, George Soros tried to move his #BlackWednesday calendar forward because he could wait no longer. Or maybe an impostor trying to pull this off. Fast in fast out, markets recovered a little.

Thanks for reminding me, this is my astrological year!

Not that I was born anywhere near China. The number 2 is important ... hope that's not the amount of money I have left after this market shafting

Also, another variant on sheep is Goat. I think I prefer that twist...

People who wants to invest should attend astrological school. Just kidding. LOL.

Astrology makes a good prediction of market crash. Again just kidding. LOL.

Another joke. We should avoid investing in the year of sheep, goat, dog, chicken, and the 12 astrology animals in Chinese Astrology. And adding to that the 5 elements of earth, air, wood, iron, and fire LOL
