Tsipras just trying to pushing the referendum to "NO" with this ESM joke, because he has a another case of "they don't help us !"

Of course, they should try to the end, partly to stop the EU and ECB from getting away with their propaganda leading up to the referendum.

..its part of their game plan to take the EU to ECJ if a deal is refused from this last Greece manoeuvre.. or to reinforce their campaign for a "no" at the coming referendum..

So Greece will default on IMF today, but still seeking help from EU/ECB.
