This means that Greece declined creditors proposal and now they will send it to Eurogroup and IMF probably. Greece will then have only 2 options TAKE it or LEAVE it

What it boils down to is just follow what the charts are telling you; more of downtrend in EUR before the massive recovery on news that at the end of the day they are pouring more money into Greece.
