Equally as absurd as the "rotating credit" funding scheme is the war repatriations demand. Italy as well as the Germans invaded Greece. Russia definitely also has a claim against Germany, as does Poland. Include France and Britain as claimants . The Germans and Italians invaded Africa in WW2, where Indians and Africans fought on the Allied side. There will surely be other nations wishing to claim war repatriations against Germany and/or Italy.

Long EUR/USD? I can understand why institutions make terrific amounts blowing retail traders..At all eyes EUR is going to depreciate just like it has been happening the past 6 months. Currently EUR/USD is just "breathing" from a long term USD bull run mainly due to low US GDP and ultimately due to poor consumer sentiment data. Insitutions will start to build short positions in EUR/USD once it reaches 1.15 (shouldn´t move higher unless FED doesnt raise rates by december 2015, or EUR stops QE/raises rates before expected).

So you guys just, SHORT EUR/USD, dont over leverage your account (otherways you are in the casino), and nearly for sure you will make money in a year from today (unless FED doesnt raise rates by december 2015, or EUR stops QE/raises rates before expected).

1) Banks manipulate currencies in the short term, but they cant manipulate them in the long term, the market is just too big for them. (REMEMBER THIS)!

2) Remember risk-reward relationship (no high returns withouth high risk). There is only an exception to this, if you are trading with a HFT algo, which Im sure you are not for different reasons. Otherways move away from day trading, specially in FX markets and specially if your leverage ratio is above 1:2.

Best trade to do is to folow the W/W q/q events and most of all, no long no short, its investing in gab and ganing during events, but its not good idea to invest in BOTH WAYS as long or short!! just saying

Hedge funds are NOT buying eur, only retail traders. Hedge funds just closing shorts, that is it, they r waiting for better entry to sell. That's why they r called smart money, and we are dumb money.

And am 100% sure (may be not?....but likely the reverse) that these big players (hedge funds) do not maintain any FF trade explorers;...and do not contribute to any FF live traders' sentiments.

Hence, only small players make noise here at FF.

Watch the feds ... Thatf is a lot more important than Greece..A Greece default will send the EUR falling ,but not for long (without dollar sustaining such market move), a Greek exit has been planned for a long time, so unless the dollar collaborate, Greece related volatility will be dampened by the EURO zone economic recovery ... however an uptick in the US interest rate will reverse the weakening dollar back into a strong dollar trend ... It's unavoidable...
