The FED has not stated there will be a rate hike just months from now. They will raise interest rates, if and when they decide to. Meanwhile, the FED is not going to be bullied by bull shit publications like yours, or like any of the others that are trying to put words and thoughts into other minds, words and thoughts that are unsubstantiated and deceiving in an attempt to further the agenda of the "Thieves of Wall Street".

when the fed will raise rates is mere weather forecasting, the fact is that US stocks got crunched on Friday relative to the DAX. seeing the ECB and most major central banks are self-destructing their own currencies, the dorks at the fed have time to sit and watch the show.

I agree that the Feds most likely will not raise this year or at least not in the earlier part of the year, maybe late in the fall. But in my mind it's not because they are independent it's the exact opposite. The current political leadership is not interested in a rate hike. The hardship a hike would temporarily cost would endanger the changes of a re-election of the current political party. They want the cheap money flowing in. Besides the average US voter will not really understand that it is good for them and the greater economy to have a positive interest rate on their savings. Because they don't have any savings, just debt. The debt needs to stay cheap so the sheep can stay happy.....

You guys reject reality. The Fed will remove "patient" from Mar h statement and raise rates at June meeting. They will likely pause at that point and see how markets react.
