Outraged Russians are Instagramming their food inflation nightmare
Food prices are out of control in Russia. Inflation in the country is at its highest level since the financial crisis (at around 11.4%) and some say it could get up to 17% around March. Things have gotten so bad that Russian officials are even thinking about putting a price cap on "essential food products," reports the Moscow Times. But politics aside, it's the everyday Russian consumers who have been hit the hardest by all of this — especially since it doesn't look like this ending anytime soon.
