You conspiracy thinkers are convinced that the oil price is plunging because supply is kept artificially high.

The opposite is true, the price of oil was too high because supply was kept artificially low by cutting production by the opec cartel when prices fell.

What happens now is exactly what should happen. Producers donīt want to lose market share so they have to keep pumping while demand drops so prices fall. When demand picks up prices will rise again.

So this may wipe out the high cost, less effective producers like US fracking.

Whatīs the problem ?

I beleive there is way more than growth problems with the central bank. If you check out the channel on that video, you will find awesome videos. Mainstream TV is total BS and fabricated. Always a diversion to the truth, there is plenty of shit happening worldwide. Low oil prices could lead to another war possibly... ( major one) We live in such a corrupt world where greed has taken over common sense.

1/13 th WTI oil spread is not the cheapest we have seen in previous times, so oil down to sub $40 is realistic.

Haven't read the article but my opinion is that central banks are sinking the oil because they ran out of solutions for growth.
