No, I mean that the society of western Europe is based upon providing for the have-nots. The initial laudable cause was to remove child poverty and raise the minimum education standard. The results have been somewhat different, a new unter-class has evolved which exploits the system of handouts.

As a result the women with little to offer attract the men with similar qualities.
They breed and maintain their eligibility for hand-outs whilst contributing little.

Other than the M/F ratio it is the same everywhere. Size matters to females. that means bank account too. Look at the profile want lists on dating sites. If they want serious relationship it may include things like fine dining and cruises. If they just want to have fun it may include a boat or a Harley. Not just a bike but a HD. It all comes down to money for the toys and activities they want. No money no third date. Not blaming them but that is the reality.

Having lived and worked in China there is one constant for all women. They look for security in a relationship. It is not so much a guy rich, of course there are gold diggers out there, but can he provide long term security to a relationship. So those that can provide security have the best chance of getting the women. That is not just Chinese that is every culture. The gold diggers well that is a different story and they exist in every culture also.
