sustained risk aversion is the other thing that could start next leg lower for EURUSD. Granted, with rates still low need some real fear - probably EUR specific (EU crisis, Ukraine gets out of hand, etc.

ECB inflation data is out this week if it comes out high enough it knocks QE off the table, that should be enough to break higher .. If it comes out lower i would expect a break lower placing more pressure on the ECB to introduce QE.

For what it's worth...If the fundamentals are expressed by the technicals, then the bearish assertions have repeatedly not shown themselves to be committed. The longer it takes to engulf a recent higher low, the higher the probabilities of a breakout to the upside.

Charts are limited in nature. What is the relative location?
