Philadelphia Fed President Charles Plosser appeared on CNBC's "Squawk Box" on Tuesday morning. A noted fiscal hawk on the U.S. Federal Reserve's Federal Open Market Committee, Plosser has been a fierce critic of the central bank's massive economic stimulus program.
