    Information received since the Federal Open Market Committee met in January indicates that growth in economic activity slowed during the winter months, in part reflecting adverse weather conditions. Labor market indicators were mixed but on balance showed further improvement. The unemployment rate, however, remains elevated. Household spending and business fixed investment continued to advance, while the recovery in the housing sector remained slow. Fiscal policy is restraining economic growth, although the extent of restraint is diminishing. Inflation has been running below the Committee's longer-run objective, but ... (full story)

i think the market may have overreacted, and the strong dollar won't survive for long. yellen herself said then that the hike will depend on the circumstances. though i'm not sure market heard anything beyond 'six month' right now, once the euphoria fades, reality will sink in...

Yellen's "six-month" description leaves first rate hike in first half of year, sooner than previously expected.

After what I heard this evening from FOMC and Janet Yellen I only have one thing to say:
