    Purchases of new U.S. homes unexpectedly climbed in January to the highest level in more than five years, showing underlying strength in the industry even in the midst of unusually harsh weather. Sales increased 9.6 percent to a 468,000 annualized pace, exceeding the highest estimate of economists surveyed by Bloomberg and the most since July 2008, figures from the Commerce Department showed today in Washington. Demand improved in three of four regions. Home remodeling companies such as Mohawk Industries Inc. remain upbeat about the market’s prospects for 2014 as property values climb and the economy improves. ... (full story)

EUR/ USD specially will dip down sharply to 1.3570. as well, the USD/CHF will explode more than 300 pips during the coming few days.

Have a look at the USDJPY. It is climbing. I love this pair. I was long, and looks like that my idea paid off. Anyone else was long USDJPY? However, I still see the 102.60/70 as a major hurdle for the pair. If the range persists, then we can witness another drop in the pair, which I think will again be a buying opportunity.

Those numbers have to be fabricated. I do not believe a word of it. Average length of sale here is 18-24 months. I asked the realtors.
