    I have been in the financial industry for over 20 years now, first as an intern, then an assistant and finally as an advisor. Here's what I know more than anything about those affiliated with Wall Street and the financial world — they make a lot of predictions. What I also know is that most of those predictions are wrong. "I work with a few other money managers who use this scary thing called "math" to help follow the trends of the markets. What the best quantitative tactical-asset managers have been able to do for my clients is, in fact, ride the markets most of the way up, while ducking away from most of the downside in corrections. They're not perfect of course, but they tend to beat both mutual fund managers and the passive indexes.

In essence, what they are doing can be thought of as "super indexing.""

Translation: "I'm amazing. You already want to know more. Be a winner: Give me a call and if you're worth my time you can wire me your funds pronto".

Easily said than done. The market can move hundreds of pips in just a few fraction of a second. Just for you to know that it's faster than a blink of eyes.

Odd article, follow price when it goes up, follow price when it goes down, not predictions. And price is determined by fundamental policy decisions, high impact news events, rumours and the odd "wtf! I didn't see that coming" outlier. Who the fukc trades off "predictions"? Don't answer the last question, probably 95% of FX traders who trade off their own predictions.
