  • Housing Starts in U.S. Increased in May to 914,000 Annual Rate

    Beginning construction of new U.S. homes increased in May and permits to build single-family houses rose to a five-year high, extending a rebound that is helping shore up the expansion. Housing starts climbed 6.8 percent, less than forecast, to a 914,000 annualized rate after a revised 856,000 pace in April, the Commerce Department reported today in Washington. The median estimate of 82 economists surveyed by Bloomberg called for a 950,000 rate. Applications to build one-family homes increased 1.3 percent to a 622,000 pace, the fastest since May 2008. EurUsd been struggling to move up for last week and half, even in this bullush trend, lack of retracement and lack of stops is making it hard, so everyone seem to be waiting for an incentive, and tomorrow we should find out.

In my opinion.."They" will have to make it move today above 1.3380. I believe that BEN tommorow will be less dovish than expected

The Hedging will be done through usd/Chf they will move it below 92 so it will justify the 1.3380

The movements of currencies are just to flush out speculators. You have to suppose that groups of banks coordinate their moves alongside of their usual corporate
buying with the use of algos and with the bigger fx houses. With volume the fx brokers get discounts on purchases and get a early look at "model accounts" and
drive markets against them.

I concur. Follow Price Action, that's your best bet. Put your own opinions and fundamentals aside(fundamentals are just events to get price moving...PA will tell you which way).
