I would say about 5-6pm EST...that's the least amount of volatility which means you'll lose the least amount of money.
I guess most of us know this already, nothing new.

a good time to trade is when you go long at support or short at resistance. (which is not easy in these choppy markets)
A good time will be NY/London overlap at 8am to 11am EST and after the big boys lunch time at 2pm to 4pm EST, these are the two best time for good volatility to catch good trades in forex

Simply I follow the lower high or higher low (23.6 or 76.4) because of more than a 70% of time, It tells ranging and reversing market.

Naaa bro, I never said I was sitting at the screen trading 24/6. Just that good trades can be found 24/6. On the flip side though, if I hold a trade for more than a week, am I not technically trading 24/6?

Ooh, that's deep. Trade less make more is a motto that is lost on new entrants. Hardly surprising given that the whole industry wants retail to trade itself into a trance.

Not uncommon for me to see my swings morph into position trades of weeks/months.

I rather enjoy placing my trades, then going for a nice long sunny Harley ride thru some twisty mountain roads. Come home and check on things. Sometimes add some, sometimes not.

While I'm still learning (of course that will never end), My goal is to have the market work for me, not the other way around. It didn't take too long staring at screens until my eyes watered to realize that's NOT what I wanted from trading. LOL

I know Sam, the author of this article. Really nice guy and does very well from trading!
Anyone got the forex cheat sheet? Quite useful, nails down the best days and times to trade, all things considered activity starts Wed afternoon. I looked at with a jaundiced eye from a human perspective and it told me this; institutions finally get to work Monday don't do much, nursing hangovers, go to lunch, twiddle thumbs go home. Tuesday a bit more active..shit, its Wednesday better be on my toes look busy get some action happening. Thursday too..then comes Friday slowdown... Its still humans driving this market at a fast and furious pace somedays and others were they cba.
