FACTORS: Job advertisements in Australia rose for the second straight month in February after a decline in January was revised to an increase and ads are now at the highest level since October 2012, ANZ says. However, they were still below levels from a year ago and 22% below the most recent peak in April 2011. The data however showed tentative signs of a stabilization in hiring. The February figures were driven by a 3.3% increase in Internet job ads while newspaper ads fell 2.9%.
