  • USD/JPY – No Fresh News On This Sell-Off

    From forexlive.com

There’s been nothing new across the newswires to trigger the USD/JPY selling. We are running into cross buyers (i.e. Buying against the Yen) now. Some are pointing to news of 3 Chinese ships entering waters near the disputed Senkaku Islands. Latest I have is this occurred on Saturday morning, and selling USD/JPY on this seems a little far-fetched. Nevertheless, USD/JPY has been hit hard.

People just need a good entry point I think, mid to low 89 might be good enough!

How about this pair at two-and-half year highs? Shit does not go up forever.

What sell-offs on UJ anyway? All I saw was a retracement after making higher-high.

hamada mentioned that BOJ needs to slow easing if JPY weakens too much. he is an advisor to Abe on choosing the next BOJ chief.

I don't know, but this is very strange to me. Usd/Jpy selling? What about the other Jpy pairs? Shouldn't he be saying "Jpy buying"?
