"small" bids? Small is relative... all it needs is more buyers than sellers to move the price up.... a small surplus of bids and a small deficiency of offers at this price.... contrary to what is taught.. the SELLERS move the price up .. not the BUYERS...

I never recommend buying the highs...always try to buy the lows of the "dip" which would have been around 1.3200-20.
