  • Consumer Prices in U.S. Decline More Than Forecast

    The cost of living fell more than forecast in November as energy prices dropped, a sign U.S. inflation remains in check. The 0.3 percent decrease in the consumer-price index was the first drop since May and followed a 0.1 percent gain the prior month, the Labor Department reported today in Washington. The median estimate of 80 economists surveyed by Bloomberg called for a 0.2 percent drop. The core index, which excludes volatile food and energy costs, climbed less than projected. What fed is supposed to do with it? print even more? I doubt it because it don't help. They have to figure out something new. Deflation is bad so US dollar can benefit this time. However, I won't trade this one

IF.... IF gold breaks 1650, it would goes down to 1600 max then LONG all the way to 1800 before June 2013 unless 21-12-2012 really happen. Gold market is controlled by banks with billions and trillions of $$. They decide where its going. All these "News" are nonsense cover-up.

I just don't understand how the cpi is declining when everything is more expensive or less for the same price. Is this a case of we tell you what to think until you believe it?
