    Operating conditions for Spanish manufacturers continued to deteriorate in July, with further sharp falls in new orders, output and employment recorded. Input costs decreased for the second month running amid falling demand for raw materials and firms continued to lower their output prices in an attempt to boost demand. The seasonally adjusted Markit Purchasing Managers’ Index ® (PMI ® ) – a composite indicator designed to measure the performance of the manufacturing economy – posted 42.3 in July. i thing that this is the plan of super mario.... put the money for greeks in forex to increase EUR value and multiply the money.....

Unfortunately that's how this game is played by the "big players." If the retailers are short, the big guys are long to take your money!

Yea it looks like that. Everytime you see clear downtrend direction I mean good news for usd and bad news for euro at that time Mario or any liar euro politician tell something absurd. Maybe they open big volume buy order and then they tell their lie.

PMI's do not index in the way you are thinking of granty. An index below 50 is a contraction and has a negative influence on the economy.

Yes so no matter it shows 49 or 41. It means contraction as long as it stays under 50 and it is negative foe currency.

come on guys. it was projected to come in worse than expected at 40.5 so smart money sold. it then came in better than expected at 42.3 so they bought. euro positive. 50 has been and gone and is neither here nor there.
