    The International Monetary Fund (IMF) has revised downwards its global growth forecasts because of Europe. Is there a risk of recession? No. Since the start of the year, the risks of a deterioration in the economy that we had feared have certainly materialised in part. Draghi you don't have clear the definition of the word recession try with wikipedia may be this helps. When a doctor MD do a diagnosis he looks all the symtoms http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Recession Whitout money you can't buy germany and french products when will start protectionism we will see... Let's see in september... You can cut all the rates you want but nothing will change.
