    Fewer Americans than forecast filed first-time claims for unemployment insurance payments last week, an indication the labor market may be gaining traction. Applications for jobless benefits decreased 5,000 in the week ended Nov. 12 to 388,000, the lowest level since April, Labor Department figures showed today in Washington. Economists forecast 395,000 claims, according to the median estimate in a Bloomberg News survey. The number of people on unemployment benefit rolls fell to a three-year low. A real good economist who I respect a great deal said that one of the problems ignored by everything else is the price of oil. In other words every time the world economies start to recover, the price of oil will shoot up and kill it. He didnt see anyway out of it until countries found an alternative to oil or something that would replace about 25% or more of oil to run an economy on. So far he has been right, oil has spiked every time something has gotten going and boom everything slowed down again, permanent stagnation.

Now if we can get the govt. to make some well needed cuts in the budget and add some small business incentives, maybe we can get some place.

So far this week USA has released rock-stellar data, so I hope Mr. Market should forget Euro zone for a day to reward a good record unless European shit is so expensive and stinky to ignore.

I think that this is skewed bunk...to represent some 'altruistic' optimism in the US economy...and it's all part of the plan by those who control the puppets...
