USD/JPY intervention

From forexlive.com

First wave took USD/JPY from 75.75 to 77.00 and we have now breached 77.50. Details still sketchy.

usd up anyway for retracement and euro also support level we will have range movement like last time when they step in only different levels

wow...! Thanks BOJ for your intervention.i went long on usd/jpy on friday evening and my alarm woke me up this morning by 1:00 AM,and i went long again on usd/jpy and went back to sleep.i woke up by 4:15AM and discovered 390 and 430 pips respectively on each.....lol...cool money.

within a week it could drop back down again lets see if it holds and keeps moving best case if it takes out 80.00

Just a word of advise GOT PROFIT take off the table FIRST as never wait for the unexpected when the expected was never expected to happend in a FLASH! Lastly never let GREED overcome to try make more later it turns into ANGER whe there are no more profits to be seen.

BOJ wants to crack that multi year trend line. At about 79.65 now. If they can do that then all jpy longs are off! Can they do it??? I doubt they would go this far and not at least try. Hmmm the big trend change!

most of long bears had their stops above 80 and they are still in the game as I see pare most likely to fall under 76 as it was in august best strategy is to wait or turn on EUR/CHF I expect this pair on 1.25

Be nice to see Bernanke step in with a quarter percent rise to defend the Dollar at a time when Europe is going down.
The Government could at the same time provide a 100% break on the repatriation tax break for corporations to allow them to bring home tax-free money.
Next,they could stimulate by using some back to work deals for companies.
I don't mind seeing a form of QE3 but at least do it for strictly infrastructure and some sort of job action.
I wish our American politicians would start working for the people.

This time intervention will be different from previous one on August.... Expect more news coming out this few days from Japan... and expect some news come up during Euro/US session from EURO & US to support this intervention.

Now this is spooky... USDJPY flatlined between 79.183 - 79.187 for the last several hours? What's goin' on? is BOJ pegging Yen to dollar? Anyone trading this pair before London wakes up?

All I did was put a pending order above 108 looking for a quick breakout with the hourly uptrend and woke up 300 pips up :-) . Nice.

I was long 1 month from 76.6 with almost whole deposit thnx azumi. I expect another wave after G20 or this intervention is waste of money and means nothing for Japan economy
