Not mentioned, of course, is the fact, that DPP vote share fell from 57% in previous elections to 40% now. The trend is clear.

Congrats to your voting to another round of corrupted government!

Mind you - their DPP first president was sent to jail for corruption, fake an attempted public assignation. Their second president, the current outgoing president most likely had a fake LSE (London School of Econ) PhD. This current new president is weaker than the previous two - he won simply because the opposition parties are plain shit with infighting.

It makes me laugh when I watch news where DPP gullible supporters cried when DPP won the presidency - just a corrupted government yet again.

Congrats again to Taiwanese, to another 4 years of corruption where you will see your hard earn monies in corrupted politicians pockets once again!!
Nothing more corrupt than the chinese communist party so at least they didn't choose that route.
Add in the more conservative party to the DPP and you're around 70% of the voters. Maybe next time DPP will come in second and the pro-ccp party will come in last...again.
