Things have changed since last time Washington attempted to Frame Donald Trump.
For starters Wicked Witch of the West Pelosi is gone.
There is in place an House oversight committee who will most certainly be reviewing Garlands adherence to Law in place that governs over Transfer of power from one President to the next.

A second factor is evidenced by collapse of Beer Bud Lite and boycott of retailer Target store, people are going into anti establishment mode.
No better candidate to clean up Washington then the one most hated by Washington.

1. Did trump commit any crime? If yes, try him, if convicted, sentence him.
2. Did Biden commit any crime? If yes, indict him.

You mean like equal justice? Which means an apolitical FBI and DOJ.
