Price cap another example of Europe shooting its own foot.
Touted energy reserve capacity as 95% full, leaves out that Reserve capacity must get refilled 4 times during an average winter.

Christmas getting cancelled by many as choosing between heat and food leaves little to no discretionary ability for spending.

Power shortages will be plaguing Europe this winter. Governments already are preparing populace.

This has the makings of Revolt against powers that be when things spin out of control.

Russia needs to sell its oil and hasnt the capacity to store the oil it cant sell.... the end result is it will need to cap its wells which will lead to reduced production... China and India alone cannot fill the void of Russia's loss of sales to Europe and are already benefiting from Russian discounts below the $60 price cap and taking advantage of Russia's predicament and do you believe that they will jeopardise their trade with Europe and the US? ...Overall Russia is losing on the battlefield and in the end the Russian populace will also suffer as much as the Ukrainian people just because of a little egotistic man

It's not about wishing. It is about dealing with Reality of Europe pursuing energy policies that will only wreck the finances of Europeans.

add: Here Macron already on defense and winter is not even begun.
{I Deleted a posted link from Reuters as it was not coming up.}

Three days ago Macron made speech about not to worry about power cuts.
Then followed up with a second speech today Dec. 6 2022 that it was absurd to worry.

Macron would not make such a speech if common people were not already living on pins and needles.

The "reality teacher Toto" is always an instigator of rebellion against democratic and balanced systems that try to do everything possible to solve terrible crises caused by delusion of a psychopathic teen with a nuke toy. Of course, put the blame only on the EU leaders, disorder and radicalism is much easier for simple minds with visionary claims. This explains his systematic inclination towards stupidities like MAGA or MRussGA, or FOff EU war respond, HUffy Haughty arrogance, BRXt crawd0-dumbo-dumby show...
Otherwise, what kind of idiot can imagine that the main interest of the European political class is only to destroy its citizens [big fkn grin]
