Hello NotAtrader, I remember that Hungary had an exemption from an oil ban from Russia. Now this new messes up a little.

I guess the pipe is ON or OFF for the central Europe and a single country cannot be selected. Hungary still agreed to cut something but not as much as the rest. Hungary will get the oil delivered via other transporting alternatives.

Found out that its a payment from transnafta for August to Russia that they refused to take. I think to rubles its not clear.
