Ceasefire is still not peace, that is only break in shooting and attacks. From 2nd side this time Russian's troops can use to refill shortage on fuel and food, beacuse now that is beacoming to be biggest problem for them.

So i'm not super optymistic in this news, but keep crossed fingers for any chance to end this stupid war.

My understanding is that while Ukraine wants to join NATO, NATO are not entertaining the idea./
The document does outline an agreement on the expansion of NATO.

The Charter for European Security also allows for member states to choose and change their security arrangements including treaties of alliance, as they evolve.

Seems to me, that Putin with his Cold War mindset, is feeling insecure about post Cold War agreements between East and West.
