Truth be told, order to cease with a "free market" came from Putin, not Russia's central bank.

Some self-absorbed, self-deceived person is realizing where all his money and power comes from....which certainly is not from his own work and ethics.......so, he must try and stop everyone from dumping Russian securities, lest he become broke, kidnapped and strung up........

......the countdown begins, and not the first time it's happened.

This is a dead horse kicking. It will not help them keep up the value of the ruble as the impact that the Russian central bank makes to the global market is next to zero. This will only harm the unlucky investors who choose to trade with Russian controlled brokers.
However, this is probably the purpose of this action. In such case this is robbery ordered from the highest financial level in Russia. Ones again they prove that they cannot be trusted.

Yes indeed. And now the oligarchy is slowly turning against Putin and his madness.

Mikhail Friedman
Anatolia Tjubasj
Oleg Deripaska

The list is long and all of them are personally affected by the war and consequently the sanctions against Putin.
Those people were close Putin’s supporters and are some of the most powerful people in Russia. Now that they know what’s in it for them, they will make sure Putin feels the heat under his tail. What will happen in the end nobody knows, but it doesn’t look good for the little man.

i hardly see any difference... similar dictatorship (the freeze). no difference in the style...

by the way i got $99k freezed by the US treasury department. and the €100k deposit guarantee was never granted, not even offered, by the EU country's central bank that regulated the bank i had the money with... what a joke this EU banking system is!

the US can in any given time freeze or confiscate any USD money. i personally ate that shit. for me $99k is nice money...

You cannot be that stupid. Please pay more attention to facts and details. Otherwise you sound quite biased and probably brainwashed too.
400bn do not belong to the poor nation. They “belong” to Putin and his friends and this is exactly why they are now frozen.

All that wouldn’t happen if Putin did not attack Ukraine. No one did ever threaten Russian with anything. As I said Russia was already well integrated into several global organizations and institutions. It’s all Putin’s fault. He didn’t have to do this trying to rewrite the history only to suit his own ambitions of expansionism and imperialism. Those times are long gone down in the history as some of the worse times for the humanity and all Putin does now is trying to reverse the whole Europe back to the point where nobody trusted nobody, no democracy, no economic progress….. only misery, pain and fear.

Who needs this in 2022? No one except Putin because he is obsessed with Ukraine and the old USSR. The whole world and even his own people criticize him yet people like you defend him for some very strange reason. Time and history will prove you all wrong. I don’t need to do this.

more empty words...

tell us about why not following the Minsk deal?

would be there any war in a first place, if Minsk deal was kept and not broken by UA?

spare me all impossible to prove accusations, as they are just interpretations of counter-actions based on one-side breach of contract(s) - Minsk.

You cannot start a war just because someone broke an agreement can you?! Have you ever heart about negotiations? Putin played arrogant and went out high with complete miscalculations of his abilities. This is why he prepares his nuke weapons now because he has nothing else left.
The Minsk agreement should be renegotiated and updated instead of starting a war.

Australia broke an agreement made with France. Did France start a war against Australia?
Chine broke many agreements with a lot of nations. Did they start a war with China?
USA broke agreements with Canada. Did Canada start a war against USA?

That’s pretty stupid argumentation of you. Nobody needs to start a war because of a broken agreement. Renegotiation and finding a peaceful solutions is the better alternative.

It looks like EU apparatchiks will discover that freezes and confiscations can go two-ways.
What I am worried about are millions of people around the world that will be pushed into starvation because of high food and energy prices. EU and Anglo-Zionist elite couldn't care less, but people will rise. They will not tolerate such suffering endlessly and for what, for geopolitical games their elites are playing...They think their central banks will print and countries like Russia,Iran,Venezuela,Iraq,Argentina,Brazil... will supply world markets with their food and energy resources for freshly printed USD,EUR,JPY and GBP.

This Russian Oligarch already know what to do to stop Putin... they can do it... if they are brave enough. Once Putin is forever silence then war will stop and the world will be back in peaceful state again. Only Putin likes this war, his soldiers and his citizen doesn't like it... the world doesn't like it... only one man stood between peace and chaos... I hope someone will do the right thing once and for all before it's too late!!!

Think differently?! Come on give me a break. You have to have a reason to think what you think and more over you need a really good reason to publish it, not to mention that you may need to prove it with links and sources, something you cannot do.

Think is one thing. Referring to facts is another thing. As I said you need to have a reason to think what you think. Your only reason is the fact that you are brainwashed.
You do not think what yo write. This is not what you think. This is what you’re told to do, which is spreading bullshit Russian propaganda.

You will change mind if I am fact based? Are you fact based? No you are not. You are just spreading Russian propaganda.

1. What happened to the locals in North America, happened several centuries ago and you seem to be still living in that time.
2. Just like the point #1. Ages ago. FYI we live in 2022 now.
3. Nobody is pointing nukes at Russia. And none of the Baltic countries have nukes on their land. Prove the opposite with sources and facts.
4. In the time where your mind is set, the aggression was everywhere. There were no international laws and conventions.

Now we live in a more civilized environment where the civilized and democratic countries who are members of those conventions follow rules and laws. Welcome to year 2022 and stop living with your old dictator ideology.
The world will be much better place without idiots like you.

credit is given where credit is due.

i do respect you made an effort to answer most of my questions and thank you for that.

we can communicate, without you trying to insult me (very unsuccessfully though), right?

and still maintain different opinions...

my view is, one is measured by ONE's ACTIONS.

the NATO's core is made of countries, who held colonies (Africa, Asia, Americas, ext.) and some of them even traded (and abused) colourful humans as they were goods.

might be a long time ago, but once a whore, always a whore, say the Irish... and one gotta be careful with that kind of dangerous nations. all this, again, is based on previous actions...

this is how i do rule out my own existence.

i care not what you speak. i care what you do. one and only. just the actions. like it or not. it works for me. and i am cashing it out perfectly well. directly and indirectly.

just different opinion here. facts are facts. people hardly change, and even if they do? we need actions as proofs. that is all.
