so you have these programs and you can always build new programs. basically means just do whatever you want. why cant you just say you want a stronger euro or weaker euro. simple as that. obviously weaker right? then just say it...instead pretending you may or not use and try to pretend its in better position. you have 10% of the countries jobless and in massive debts. just think about that
