Vice President Mike Pence was ushered out of the Senate as the U.S. Capitol Complex has gone into lock down as lawmakers begin the procedural process of counting the Electoral College votes and formally declaring President-elect Joe Biden the winner. Earlier, the Cannon House Office Building and Madison Building were evacuated following a rally hosted by President Donald Trump where he told the crowd multiple times he would join them in marching toward the Capitol to challenge his election loss.
