I seriously doubt this is true...like most of his posts. What is more likely is that because Democrats are 4x more likely to vote by mail than Republicans and all that's left to count is mail in votes then the it stands to reason as more are counted the further ahead the Dems will get. This whining about non existent voter fraud without hard evidence is juvenile.
