Been a pretty bad week. Down heaps - will end up at least $500 down, maybe more. 3 days lack of discipline, and weeks to catch up.

Had to get a different job earlier this year (2014), and the stress it caused just shot my trading down in flames. Ended up with pretty empty accounts and no desire to continue.
Now, after a long break, I've thrown a little bit of cash in a couple of accounts, and am starting again. Slightly changed trading plan, and commitment to stick with the rules I've set for my trading.
