  • I am retired after a life in a number of different businesses, Farming, Earth Moving, Home Building, Manufacturing, exporting, etc. etc. Some very successful, some failures, the last one lost most of the money I had amassed over the years. I'm too old to start again!
    Have used computers for 35yrs, but only started learning Forex in 2010.
    I have been conned on a few Forex systems & training programs until I found Forex Factory, where I discovered far better systems & information & help to learn from than any I had paid for prior to FF!!
    It has been a struggle, I will keep at it until I succeed.

I am still learning!! It's much harder than I thought. I love the help and information and all the free systems, EAs. and indicators.
I wish I had found this great place before I had been conned by a couple of spiv's doing a sting job on nooby suckers like me. Some never realise they have been conned.
The honesty and generosity found here is rare in any other persuit.

I am new to Forex!! Have Demo traded for some months, but don't feel I have arrived at a safe strategy yet-I think I am getting near to trading a micro account.
As I am a bit "long in the tooth" (elderly) I feel I have trouble remembering all of what I read.
I am looking at all the systems on FF hoping to find the best suited to my status. I find most of the threads very informative and valuable to a learner such as me.
Is there a particular strategy that would best suit an old fellow who wishes he had tried FX at a younger age?
