You can backtest the signal using Hi/Lo of the day or week or Big Round Number (eg. 2400, 2430) or open daily (plus 300pip hedge gap) etc...

i set pending order (PO)...with 0.01 lot and 1st hedge lot is x3 then x2 subsequently until hit target.

In case a the upcoming big news, you may close the active trade
